Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to substitute certain municipal securities as set out hereinbelow, for six U. S. Treasury Notes now pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Contract entered into between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, page 293 of the Bond Record of Kerr 392 County, Texas, on February 14, 1977' And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell the six U.
