SECURE DEPOSITORY PLEDGE CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING FROST NATIONAL BANK TO RELEASE
PREVIOUSLY PLEDGED U. S. TREASURY NOTES
On this the 3rd day of Tovember, 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the letter request of the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to
substitute certain municipal securities as set out hereinbelow, for six U. S. Treasury Notes
now pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Contract entered into between the said
Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, page 293 of the Bond Record of Kerr

County, Texas, on February 14, 1977'
And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell the six U. S.
Treasury Notes as follows:
2 U. S. Treasury Notes Series E 79 maturing June 30, 1979 with par value of
$200,000.00; and
4 U. S. Treasury Notes Series N 81 maturing 8-15-81 with par value of $400,000.00;
and that the said Bank should properly be allowed to do so and to make a substitution of
acceptable securities;
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and
unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas. Schreiner
Bank be granted and that the said County Depository Bank be authorized to sell the U. S.
Treasury Notes as set out above and to substitute therefor the securities listed below:

And it is further ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the custodian
of the aforesaid six U. S. Treasury Notes, and is hereby authorized to release same to the
said Chas. Schreiner Bank upon receipt of the D4unicipal Securities listed above, and to hold
the same as custodian pursuant to the usual and customary terms applicable to the existing
depository pledge contract, and it is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court provide ,UY
certified copies of this Order to each Bank concerned. h~
