And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell the six U. S.
Treasury Notes as follows:
2 U. S. Treasury Notes Series E 79 maturing June 30, 1979 with par value of
$200,000.00; and
4 U. S. Treasury Notes Series N B1 maturing 8-15-81 with par value of $400,000.00;
and that the said Bank should properly be allowed to do so and to make a substitution of
acceptable securities;
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and
unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas. Schreiner
Bank be granted and that the said County Depository Bank be authorized to sell the U. S.
Treasury Notes as set out above and to substitute therefor the securities listed below:
5 Bryan Tx Util. Sys. Rev., 7/1/98, $100,000.00; (series 1978)
5 Tomball ISD Tx U/T Bonds Ser. 1978, 4/15/98, $100,000.00
5 Austin Tx Util. Sys. Rev. Bond, Series 3, 4/1/98, $100,000.00;
5 Longview Tx I+7t+I/SS Jr. Rv Bd Ser. 1978 3/1/98, $100,000.00
5 Arlington G. R. Ser. 1978 2/1/98, $100,000.00;
5 Port of Houston Auth. Tx Jr Ser. 1977A, 5/1/97, $100,000.00;
And it is further ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the custodian
of the aforesaid six U. S. Treasury Notes, and is hereby authorized to release same to the
said Chas. Schreiner Bank upon receipt of the Municipal Securities listed above, and to hold
the same as custodian pursuant to the usual and customary terms applicable to the existing
depository pledge contract, and it is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court provide
certified copies of this Order to each Bank concerned.

IQO. 13496 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF EMMIE M. IdUENICER, COUNTY CLERIC, FOR POSTAGE
On this the 3rd day of November 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Emmie M. Muenker, County
Clerk, for Postage in the amount of $30.00, for the General Election, to be paid out of the
General Fund.
