NO. 13504 ORDER RECONFIRMING COUNTY JUDGE OF KERR COUNTY AS KERR COUNTY'S REPRESENTATIVE TO
AACOG AND AS A MED4BER OF ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
On this the 13th day of November 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that County
Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be reconfirmed as Kerr County's Representative to the Alamo
Area Council of Governments and as a member of its Executive Committee and that he continue
to so serve, pending further orders of the Court.

NO. 13505 ORDER APPROVITdG PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS AND RENT, ETC. FOR USE OF BUILDINGS
IN HOLDING GENERAL ELECTION ON NO6'EMBER 7th, 1978
On this the 13th day of November 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of the Election
Officials as per claims on file at $2.50 per hour and the Presiding Judges $10.00 for bringing
in returns of Election, including the Absentee Box and payment to various places for the use
of buildings, heat, lights, etc., in holding the General Election on November 7, 1978.

NO. 13506 TRANSFER OF $25,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 13th day of November 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be authorized to transfer the sum of $25,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers Salary
Fund.

NO. 13507 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 13th day of November 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be, and are hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral
Road Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:

NO. 13508 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING
30, 1978
On this the 13th day of November 1978, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, for the period beginning on the 1st day oŁ July 1973 and ending on the 30th
day of September, 1978, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found
correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out oŁ each of said Funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved; the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
