Y7hitton, P.E. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 13539 GRDER ESTABLISHING KERR COUNTY CONSOLIDATION PAYROLL FUND EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1979 On this the 11th day of December, 1978 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of the establishment of a separate consolidated payroll account for the purpose of disbursing salaries, wages and allowances to the officials and employees of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that the establishment of such a fund would serve to materially improve and simplify the fiscal procedures of the offices of the County Treasurer and County Auditor, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that: 1. There be established by the County Treasurer a separate bank account with the County depository to be known as the Kerr County Payroll Account, and that such account be establish- ed immediately subsequent to January 1, 1979. 2. There immediately be transferred into the said account from the General Fund of Kerr County the sum of $1,000.00 to provide a minimum working balance for the said account. 3. From and after January 1, 1979 and at the conclusion of each pay period as may be established by the Commissioners' Court on a monthly or other basis, the County Treasurer and the County Auditor shall pay over to the Kerr County Payroll Account from the other
