The County Treasurer and the County Auditor, using such voucher forms and payroll records as may be prescribed by the County Auditor, shall proceed to disburse by payroll vouchers the net amount of salaries, wages and allowances for the pay period covered to the officials and employees of Kerr County, and to make all authorized and required withholdings from such individual gross salaries, wages and allowances, and pay the same over to the appropriate source. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13540 ORDER ESTABLISHING THE KERR COUNTY JURY FUND AS A SEPARATE BANK ACCOUNT SUBSEQUENT TO JANUARY 1, 1979 On this the 11th day of December, 1978, came on to be heard and considered the recommenda- tion of the County Auditor of Kerr County that the Kerr County Jury Fund be established as a separate bank account rather than be carried as a fund within the Treasury Account of the County Treasurer; and it appearing to the Court that the ever increasing number of vouchers written for jury service together with frequent time delays in their being negotiated by the payees has created undue difficulty in making monthly reconciliation in the bank balance of the County Treasury Account; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that, as soon as practicable after January 1, 1979, the County Treasurer of Kerr County establish a separate bank account with the County Depository, to be designated as the Kerr County Jury Fund Account; and that the uncommitted balance to the credit of the Kerr County Jury Fund as of December 31, 1978 be transferred from the County Treasury account to the Kerr County Jury Fund Account; and it is further ordered that any jury funds within the Treasury Account that may be generated by unclaimed or unnegotiated jury service vouchers shall, upon cancellation of such vouchers be likewise so transferred; and it is additionally ordered that the proceeds of any certifi- cates of deposit belonging to the Kerr County Jury Fund and which mature subsequent to December 31, 1978 be paid into the separate Jury Fund Account upon maturity; and it is further ordered that all vouchers for jury service drawn on the Kerr County Jury Fund shall have imprinted upon them "Void if not cashed within thirty days." o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 13541 ORDER CONSOLIDATING KERR COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY FUND AND KERR COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL MAINTENANCE FUND WITH KERR COUNTY TREASURY ACCOUNT SUBSEQUENT TO JANUARY 1, 1979. On this the 11th day of December, 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the recommendation of the County Auditor to consolidate two separate bank accounts presently being maintained by the Treasurer of Kerr County with the Kerr County Treasury Account as maintained by the County Treasurer; and it appearing to the Court that there no longer exists any justifiable reason for maintaining the Kerr County Public Library Fund and the Kerr County Flood Control Maintenance Fund as separate bank accounts by the County Treasurer outside of the Kerr County Treasury Account, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court that as soon as practicable subsequent to January 1, 1979 the unexpended December 31, 1978 balances in the Kerr County Public Library Fund and in the Kerr County Flood Control Maintenance Fund on deposit in the County Depository be transferred into the Kerr County Treasury Account to be maintained by the County Treasurer as individual funds within the said Kerr County Treasury Account; and it is further ordered that the said two individual bank accounts as maintained by the
