4~) r County Treasurer be closed out subsequent to the transfer herein ordered, and that proceeds of any outstanding certificates of deposit belonging to the said funds and maturing subsequent to December 31, 1978, shall, upon maturity, be deposited in the Kerr County Treasury Account to the credit of the appropriate funds therein. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13542 ORDER AUTHORIZING ESTABLISHMENT OF ON-LINE COMPUTER SERVICE FOR DATA PROCESSING IN THE OFFICE OF THE KERB COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR- COLLECTOR On this the 11th day of December, 1978, came on to be reviewed and considered by the Court the proposal of L4estern Data Services, Inc. of 6Vaxahachie, Texas, to establish on-line computer service in the office of Kerr County Tax Assessor-Collector, which service would provide an updated replacement for the existing data processing service currently being provided Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that the aforesaid proposal has been studied in depth by the County Auditor, Kerr County Tax Assessor-Collector, and the independ- ent auditors presently retained by Kerr County, and that each have endorsed and recommended the services offered which would provide increased efficiency and accuracy in the processing of computerized data, as well as a long range financial benefit for Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich., and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County accept the proposal of western Data Services, Inc. to provide computer terminal on-line services to the Kerr County Tax Office at an approximate monthly charge of $585.00 plus an initial installation charge of approximately $375.00; and it is further ordered that, subject to the final approval of the County Auditor and County Tax Assessor-Collector, the County Judge be authorized to execute all necessary agree- ments for the aforesaid service on behalf of Rerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13543 OFFER TO PABLO Z1. CASTILLO AND WIFE, MARIA M. CASTILLO, FOR RIGHT OF bPAY FOR LOOP 534 On this the 11th day of December, 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Pablo N. Castillo and wife, Maria M. Castillo, as compensation for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for right of way for the construction of Loop 534, which land comprises 0.100 acre of land out of Lot 41, Block 1300, Legion Heights Subdivision, and is designated as Parcel No. 17 of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Pablo N. Castillo and wife, Maria M. Castillo, the sum of $1,395.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel 17 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery with executed right of way deed of a partial release of a lien and deed of trust as to the parcel conveyed by the lienholder, Community Savings and Loan Association of Fredericksburg; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the aforesaid right of way deed and partial release of lien, and on final title approval, a voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $1,395.00 on the Loop 534 Right of way Fund, payable to Pablo N. Castillo, Maria M. Castillo, and Community Savings and Loan Association of Fredericksburg, provided however that in the event there remain unpaid ad valorem taxes, Kerr County reserves the right to deduct the amount of such unpaid taxes and penalty and interest, if any, from the total compensation hereby offered and to pay the same to the taxing agencies concerned. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
