SALLEE Commissioner Precinct No. 2 VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct No. 3 ROGER STONE Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 13547 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 28th day of December 1978, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved far payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2 and 4, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, and Flood Damage Repair Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, page 123 which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13548 APPOINTMENT OF MILDRED CRENSHAW AS ALTERNATE PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT NO. 6 On this the 28th day of December 1978, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Mildred Crenshaw as Alternate Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 6, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mattie Lee. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13549 ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 12198 RELATIVE TO PAYMENT OF CERTAIN SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES FROM REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND On this the 28th day of December, 1978 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending order #12198 entered by the Court on the 12th day of August, 1974, and which amended certain prior order of the Court relative to payments of certain salaries and allowances out of the General Revenue Sharing Trust Fund; and it appearing to the Court that diminishing receipts into the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund and increases in the number of personnel being paid out of said fund have complicated certain fiscal procedures when the said fund becomes exhausted between quarterly payments received into the said fund; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid Order No. 12198 be amended effective January 1, 1979, by deleting payments of all Deputy Sheriffs heretofore being made out of the said Revenue Sharing Trust Fund; and it is further ordered that the said salaries thereafter be again paid out of the Officers Salary Fund of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13550 ORDER REVISING PROCEDURES FOR ISSUANCE OF DEPOSIT WARRANTS FOR FUNDS TO BE DEPOSITED IN THE COUNTY TREASURY OF KERR COUNTY On this the 28th day of December, 1978, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of revising procedures for the issuance of deposit warrants for funds to be deposit- ed in the County Treasury of Kerr County pursuant to the provisions of Article 1657, V.A.T.S.; and it appearing to the Court that such deposit warrants may be issued by the County Treasurer under the provisions of Section 2 of Article 1657 as amended, thus relieving the County Clerk of the duties heretofore prescribed by Section 1 of Article 1657 relative to the issuance of such deposit warrants; and it further appearing to the Court that the County Auditor has
