ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY ATTORNEY TO INTERVENE. IN DELINQUENT
TAX SUIT PENDLNG IN 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT
On this the 8th day of May 1978, came on to be heaxd and
considered by the Court the necessity of authorizing and direct
ing County Attorney, James C. Nogues, to act on behalf of Kerr
County and the State of Texas in the matter of intervening and
filing claims in the 198th Judicial District Court of Kerr
County, pursuant to Article 7345B, Texas Civil Statutes, the
said Cause being a delinquent tax suit, listed as f~llows~
Cause Number - 2296 - 198th District Court
All Defendants in same are: Johnnie L. Benson, Doxothy
M. Benson, E. E. Sample, Community Savings &~Loan
Association.
It appearing to the Court that the Kerr County Tax Collector
has been heretofore served with Ci ation in said Cause on behalf
of Kerr County and the State of Texas and that intervention and
filing of a claim in this cause is required to pxeserve the.
claims of Kerr County and the State of Texas arising from delin-
quent taxes due them and constituting a lien on the pxoperty,
which is subject to said delinquent tax suit, it is oxdered on
motion by Commissioner Gaxrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich
and unanimously approved by the Court that County Attorney,
James C. Nogues, be authorized and. directed to proceed t~- file
an intervention in the said Cause as aboue set forth and other-
wise proceed according to law in this matter.
