ORDER REVISING PROCEDURES Z''OR ISSUANCE OF DEPOSIT WARRANTS
FOR FUNDS TO BE DEPOSITED IN THE COUNTY TREASURY OF KERR
COUNTY
On this the 28th day of December, 1978, came on to be heard
considered by the Court the matter of revising procedures
for the issuance of deposit warrants for funds to be deposited
in the County Treasury of Kerr County pursuant to the pro-
visions of Article 1657, V.A.T.S.; and it appearing to the
Court that such deposit warrants may be issued by the County
Treasurer under the provisions of Section 2 of Article 1657
as amended, thus relieving the County Clerk of the duties
heretofore prescribed by Section 1 of Article 1657 relative
to the issuance of such deposit warrants; and it further
appearing to the Court that the County Auditor has recommended
the implementation of the provisions of Section 2 of Article
1657, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court
that effective January 1, 1979 the provisions of Section 2 of
Article 1657 be adopted, and that thereafter the County Clerk
of Kerr County shall no longer be required to issue the afore-
said deposit warrants, and that they shall thereafter be issued
by the County Treasurer of Kerr County pursuant to the pro-
visions of Section 2 of Article 1657.
