ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN GUADALUPE RANCH ESTATES, SECTION
OT1E, SECTION TL'd0 AND SECTION THREE
On this the 21st day of November 1978, came on to be
considered by the Court, the matter of acceptance of road-
ways in Guadalupe Ranch Estates, Section One, Section Two
and Section Three, in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct
Tdo. Four. Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee the Court unanimously approv-
ed that Rerr County accept maintenance of roadways in
Guadalupe Ranch Estates, Section One, Section Two and
Section Three, and that the clause stated in Order No.
13345, dated May 31, 1973, recorded in Volume O, Page 346,
Order No. 13364, dated June 21, 1975, recorded in Volume
O, Page 350 and Order No. 13466, dated October 9, 1973,
recorded in Volume O, Page 383 of the Commissioners'
Court Minutes of Kerr County, Texas, in regard to mainten-
ance of roadways in Sections One, Section Two and Section
Three of Guadalupe Ranch Estates, be rescinded.
