Neunhoffer and the Honorable Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas Gentlemen; I would like to recommend a merit raise for the following girls in my office; effective August 1, 1978. Linda Uecker, Chief Deputy District Clerk from a salary of 7800,00 per annum to $8400.00 per annum, Rosemary Densford, Deputy District Clerk from a salary of $6000.00 per annum to $6600.00 per annum. These girls are very efficient and the work load has increased so much in this office and they are working late hours sometimes into the night as we are having more and more jury trials and the increase in the Grand Jury work because of the Speedy Trial Act which has gone into effect. I would personally appreciate any consideration you would give to this matter and if you need me to appear before you please do not hesitate to do so. Respectfully submitted, ry ' Mary rooks, District Clerk Kerr County, Texas Order No. 13386 July 10, 1978 Effective 8-1-1978 Order No. 13386 Approval of Appl. of Dist.
