On this the 10th day of July 1978, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Garrett seconded by Commissioner Sallee
the Court unanimously approved that the application of Emmie
M. Muenker, County Clerk, be granted, to re-confirm the appoint-
ment of Mari Ann McDaniel to Mari Ann Scherer, Deputy County
Clerk (name change due to marriage July 1, 1973), and that
her deputation in the name of Mari Ann Scherer be effective
the date of her qualification.
