ORDER NO. 13327
ORDER RENEWING FIRE FIGHTING CONTRACT WITH
THE CITY OF KERRVILLE, TEXAS
On this the 12thday of May, 1978, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of providing Rural Fire Protection
for Kerr County; and,
It appearing to the Court that the existing Fire Fighting
Contract with the	City of Kerrville, Texas,	will	expire on May 31,
1978, and it furth	er appearing to the Ci.urt	that	the existing contract
and the working a	rrangements agreed upon	thereunder are providing
eatsifactory rural	fire protection for the ci	tizens	of Kerr County
and that it would	be to the best interest of	Kerr	County to reney/
such contract for	a one year period;		
It is, therefore, ordered on motion by Commissioner
Sallee , seconded by Commissioner (,arrAi-t ,
and unanimously approved by the Court that the existing Fire Contract
with the City of Kerrville, Texas, ae amended effective June 1, 1970,
and as amended effective June 1, 1974, be renewed for a period of one
year commencing June 1, 1978 and ending May 31, 1979 ae provided
in Fsrt C of the existing contract, eafd renewal to become effective upon
the j˘inder therein by the City of Kerrville by letter acceptance ae
provided for by the terms of Part C, and it fe further ordered that
the Clerk of this Court forward a certified copy of this Order to the
City of Kerrville, Texas.
