On September 26, 1978, the Kerrville City Council, in regular
session voted to approve the appointment of Mr. John Halliburton
to the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board to replace Mr.
L. W. Vansant, who has resigned; subject, of course, to confirma-
tion by the County Commissioners Court.
I am enclosing a copy of a letter received from the Airport
Board in reference to their recommendation for Mr. Halliburton's
appointment.
