APPROVAL OF AY7ARDING OF BID TO OLMOS EQUIPT~TETdT COMPANY
FOR AIRPORT IMPROVEMEIQTS SUBJECT TO CONCURRETQCE BY THE
CITY OF ICERRVILLE
On this the 11th day of December 1978, upon motion made
by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Cornrnissioner Garrett,
the Court unanimously approved of awarding of a bid to
Olmos Equipment Company for Airport Improvements, as
recommended by Bovay Engineers, in the amount of $316,389.62,
subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville and final
approval by the Federal Aviation Administration.
It is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized
to execute any and all agreements on behalf of Kerr County.
