ORDER NO. 13802 ORDER APPROVING RIGHT OF WAY EXCHANGE AGREEMENT BETWEEN A. P. ALLISON AND WIFE, IRENE ALLISON, AND THE STATE OF TEXAS AS TO PORTIONS OF F. M. 479 RIGHT OF WAY. On this the 10th day of September, 1979 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of approval of an agreement whereby A. P. Allison and wife, Irene Allison, have proposed to convey a parcel of new right of way for the reconstruction of a portion of F. M. Road 479 which comprises 2.414 acres out of Survey No. 10 Socorro Farming Co. in exchange for the reconveyance to them by the State of Texas of an adjacent 2. 798 acre parcel of existing F. M. 479 right of way proposed to be abandoned following the construction of the relocated portion of F. M. Road 479; and it appearing to the Court that h'err County has heretofore included the aforesaid proposed right of way exchange as a portion of its negotiations for the acquisition of the new parcel of right of way concerned and that the approval of Kerr County of the proposed exchange agreement is required by law, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner by Commissioner Lich Guthrie seconded and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County approve the aforesaid right of way exchange agreement between A. P. Allison and wife, Irene Allison, and the State of Texas, and that the County Judge be authorized to sign the same on behalf of Kerr County.
