APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR,
DORIS LEE SP42TH, FOR APPOINTMENT OF MARGIE BAKER,
AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 12th day of November 1979, upon motion made
by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
the Court unanimously approved the application of Tax
Assessor-Collector, Doris Lee Smith, for authority to appoint
and deputize Margie Baker as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector
of Kerr County, Texas, and that her salary be fixed at $6600.00
per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same
being November 12th, 1979, payable out of Revenue Sharing
Trust Fund.
