Gentlemen:
I respectfully request that you give consideration to
the matter of a merit raise for deputy tax assessor-
collector Patricia Scott from the amount of $6600 per
annum to $7200 per annum.
Mrs. Scott has been employed in my office for approxi-
mately sixteen months and has demonstrated outstanding
ability and initiative in her duties.
Her present salary being one of the lowest among court
house personnel, I feel that this increase is justified
at this time.
