On this the 1st day of January 1979, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-

appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said deputies and that her applica-
tion should be granted: therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by

tence and continuation of the Blanket Bond on Employees in the County Clerk's Office.

On this the 1st day of January 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the application of Dorothy
Smith, County Treasurer, for authority to deputize Billie G. Meeker, Deputy County Treasurer
It appearing to the Court that a need exists for said Deputy and that Billie G. Tdeeker is
hereby appointed Deputy County Treasurer to date, from January 1st, 1979 and to continue in
force until revoked or otherwise be terminated.
