Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from July 1st, 1978 and ending December 31, 1978 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $10,401.62. Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13567 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 8th day of January 1979, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1979, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1979. SCHREINER BANK, TRUSTEE OF THE CHARLES SCIIREINER ROAD FUND, TO MAKE EXPENDITURE OF ACCRUED EARNINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING RIGHT OF SOAY FOR STATE LOOP 534 NORTHEAST OF THE CITY OF KERRVILLE On this the 8th day of January, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court, acting in its capacity as Advisory Trustees of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, pursuant to judgment entered in Cause No. 6127 on the doc]cet of the 216th District Court of Kerr County, Texas, the matter of advising the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, as to the purposes for which certain accrued earnings of said Trust Fund might be expended in furtherance of the purposes for which said trust is created; And it appearing to the Court that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County is committed to secure right of way for the construction of that portion of State Loop 534 between State Highway 16 and F. M. Road 689 which lies outside the city limits of the City of Ierrville. And it further appearing to the Court that all of the funds required for such right of ~~ way procurement cannot be provided from the current revenues of I:err County and that the construction of State Loop 534 is essential to provide adequate access to, from and around the City of Kerrville for the areas which this road would serve; and that it would further serve to expedite the flow of a large volume of vehicular traffic, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, acting in its capacity as Advisory Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, hereby recommends that the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, Trustee of the said Charles Schreiner Road Fund, expend those funds now under its control which constitute the earnings of the said Trust Fund for the year 1978 for the purpose of aiding the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County in the procurement of right of way for the construction of the portion of State Loop 534 as aforesaid; And it is further recommended that the said Chas. Schreiner Bank make payment of such accrued funds to the Kerr County Treasurer for deposit in the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund within the Kerr County Treasury Account, at such time as funds become available for disburse- ment. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
