NO. 13572 ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF COUNTY DEPOSITORY FOR TWO YEAR PERIOD
On this the 8th day of January 1979, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity
to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years, as per Article
2544, Vernon's Texas Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that such notice should be in
compliance with Article 2544 V.T.S. to enter into a contract with any banking corporation,
association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the County Funds,
County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds of said County in any
bank. Bids shall be in compliance with the provisions of Article 2545, V2rnon's Texas
Statutes.
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the County Judge be, and is hereby directed to
issue such notice of publication in the official newspaper of Kerr County, located within
the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, within twenty days before the Regular February
V.T.S.,
Term, to comply with said Article 2544/ and shall also be posted at the Courthouse door.

NO. 13573 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF b4OUNTAIN TOP RANCHETTS
On this the 8th day of January 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Mountain Top Ranchetts,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are
constructed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the reappointment of the following

NO. 13575 RESIGNATION OF MELINDA AHRENS, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 8th day of January 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Melinda
Ahrens, as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, with regret,
effective December 21, 1978.

NO. 13576 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 8th day oŁ January 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerl: and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge Fuel
to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:
