~GU NO. 13572 ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF COUNTY DEPOSITORY FOR TWO YEAR PERIOD On this the 8th day of January 1979, came on to be considered by the Court the necessity to make notice by publication for the County Depository for two ensuing years, as per Article 2544, Vernon's Texas Statutes, and it appearing to the Court that such notice should be in compliance with Article 2544 V.T.S. to enter into a contract with any banking corporation, association or individual banker of said County, for the Depository of the County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds of said County in any bank. And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Election Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
