N0. 13582 ORDER APPROVItdG REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, C. A. LOGEMAN, INC. FOR PAYMEPdT NO. 21
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF KERB COUNTY CORRECTION-DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 8th day of January 1979, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractors
Request for Payment No. 21 0£ the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correction-
Detention Facility.
Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B.
Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc., in
the amount o£ $42,054.38.
Therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon,
the Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 21 of the Construc-
tion Contract and the Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the
amount of $42,054.38, payable to C. A. Logeman, Inc., out of the Kerr County Jail Construc-
tion Fund.

NO. 13533 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 8th day of January 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

NO. 13584 APPOINTMENT OF MRS. FLORINE (CALVIN) PEARSON AS ALTERNATE PRESIDING JUDGE OF
ABSENTEE BOX
On this the 8th day of January 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Mrs. Florine
(Calvin) Pearson as Alternate Presiding Judge of the Absentee Canvassing Board.
