On this the 17th day of January 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakraon,seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 13552, dated December
28th, 1978, regarding the Plat of Burney Oak Estates, be amended by adding "and subject to
the approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of F:errville"

On this the 22nd day of January 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded _
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Horseshoe Oaks, subject
to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by I:err County
until roads have been patched and re-sealed according to specifications of the Commissioner
of Kerr County Precinct Number Three.

On this the 31st day of January, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of compensation to be paid Chester I3. Borchers and wife, Susan A. Borchers, as
compensation for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for
right o~ way for the construction of Loop 534, which land comprises 8.746 acres of land out
of Survey Ido. 114, Thomas Hand, and is 3esignated as Parcel No. 24 of said right of way;
and it appearing to the Court That an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it
is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously `~
approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Chester H. Borchers and wife, Susan A.
Borchers, the sam of $29,865.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to
the State of Texas of Parcel 24 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery of their
right of way deed; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Depart-
ment of Highways and Public Transportation of the aforesaid right of way deed, and on final
approval a voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $29,865.00 on the Loop 534 Right of I~ay
Fund, payable co Chester II. Borchers and Susan A. Borchers.
