Borchers and wife, Susan A. Borchers, as compensation for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for right of way for the construction of Loop 534, which land comprises II.746 acres of land out of Survey T7o. 114, Thomas Hand, and is designated as Parcel No. 24 of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it ,2' is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Chester H. Borchers and wife, Susan A. Borchers, the sum of $29,865.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of Parcel 24 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery of their right of way deed; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Depart- ment of Highways and Public Transportation of the aforesaid right of way deed, and on final approval a voucher shall be drawn in -the amount of $29,865.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Clay Fund, payable to Chester II. And the Court having canvassed and tabulated 'the returns of the Election Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after having been opened and canvassed are true and correct and should be approved.
