PFEIFFER RELATIVE TO USE OF A PORTION OF CYPRESS CREEK COUNTY ROAD ADJACENT TO F. M. ROAD 1341 On this the 5th day of February, 1979 came on to be heard and considered by the Court a proposed agreement between Kerr County and Perry Lich and Calvin B. Pfeiffer, abutting ,~- landowners, relative to the use of a porL-ion of the Cypress Creek County Road adjacent to ~ i, F. bS. Road 1341; and it appearing to the Court that an agreement has been reached that is satisfactory to the said Perry Lich and Calvin B. Pfeiffer and to the Commissioner of Precinct 3 under whose jurisdiction the said portion of roadway has been maintained, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County approve the said proposed agreement as heretofore signed by Perry Lich and Calvin B. Pfeiffer and that the County Judge of I:err County be authorized to sign the said agreement on behalf of Kerr County, whereupon it shall be recorded in the minutes of the Commissioners' Court as an appendix to this order.
