NO. 13595 APPROVAL OF RE-PLAT OF TRACTS 36 thru 40, VERDE CREET: ESTATES
On this the 5th day of February 1979, upon :notion made by Commissioner Speakmon, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Re-Plat of Tracts 36 thru 40 of
Verde Creek Estates, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not
be assumed by Kerr County, until residential development shall justify said maintenance,
provided however, that Kerr County does not accept as a County roadway, the road easement
dedicated for public use and designated as Cypress Drive and further, that Kerr County does
noc assume responsibility for repairs, maintenance or reconstruction of the said Cypress
Drive, or any portion thereof.

and 23-A thru 38-F of Highforest Estates, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance

said maintenance.

NO. 13597 ORDER APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN KERR COUNTY AND PERRY LICH AND CALVIN B. PFEIFFER
RELATIVE TO USE OF A PORTION OF CYPRESS CREEK COUNTY ROAD ADJACENT TO F. M. ROAD

On this the 5th day of February, 1979 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
a proposed agreement between Kerr County and Perry Lich and Calvin B. Pfeiffer, abutting

landowners, relative to the use of a porL-ion of the Cypress Creek County Road adjacent to

F. bS. Road 1341; and it appearing to the Court that an agreement has been reached that is
satisfactory to the said Perry Lich and Calvin B. Pfeiffer and to the Commissioner of Precinct
3 under whose jurisdiction the said portion of roadway has been maintained, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously approved by the
Court that Kerr County approve the said proposed agreement as heretofore signed by Perry
Lich and Calvin B. Pfeiffer and that the County Judge of I:err County be authorized to sign
the said agreement on behalf of Kerr County, whereupon it shall be recorded in the minutes
of the Commissioners' Court as an appendix to this order.
