COUNTY OF KERB X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 12th
day of February 1979, at 10:00 o'clock A. DZ., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term
of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

FRANK L. SPEAKMON	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	2
VICTOR LICH	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	3
BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR.	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
The receiving of County Depository Bids for the Depository of the County Funds, County &
District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds of Kerr County, was declared closed
at this time.
3 bids were received and opened and read aloud by the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer,
as follows:
Chas. Schreiner Bank
Bank of Ierrville
First National Bank of Kerrville
and the following order was passed:
NO. 13601 ORDER TO REFER ALL COUNTX DEPOSITORY BIDS TO KERR COUNTY AUDITOR, DON j'TILLIAMSON,
FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION, PRIOR TO AWARD OF CONTRACTS
On this the 12th day of February 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that all County Depository
Bids, for Contracts to be let by the County, be referred to County Auditor, Don TVilliamson,
for study and recommendation, prior to awarding of contracts.

NO. 13602 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of February 1979, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General,
Officers Salary, Jury, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, Flood Damage Repair,
216th District Probation, I:err County Juvenile Probation and Loop 534 Right of Way Funds,
as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, from page 8 thru 13 , which were made a part
hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13603 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF I:ERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the ]2th day of February 1979, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of January of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon
motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously
approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future
reference and subject to audit.
