Lemmerman and wife, Mary F. Lemmerman, and Mary Beth Richeson Duston, George Leland Richeson, Jr. and - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Joseph Barry Richeson as compensation for the conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for right of way for the construction of Loop 534, which land comprises 8.996 acres of land out of Surveys 112 Samuel ZQallace and 113 Samuel Wallace, and is designated as Parcel No. 21; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay the above named owners of Parcel No. 21 the sum of $27,650.00 as compensation for land and damages for their convey- ance to the State of Texas of Parcel 21 as aforesaid, subject to their execution and delivery of their executed right of way deed; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the aforesaid right of way deed and on final title approval by the Kerr County Abstract Company, 4 vouchers totaling $27,650.00 shall be drawn on the Loop 534 right of way fund payable as follows: 1. Voucher in amount of $13,825.00 payable to Edwin H. Lemmerman and Mary F. Lemmerman; 2. Voucher in amount of $4,608.33 payable to Mary Beth Richeson Duston; 3.
