On this the 12th day of February, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of compensation to be paid Edwin H. Lemmerman and wife, Mary F. Lemmerman, and
Mary Beth Richeson Duston, George Leland Richeson, Jr. and - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Joseph Barry Richeson as compensation for the conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel
of land required for right of way for the construction of Loop 534, which land comprises 8.996
acres of land out of Surveys 112 Samuel Wallace and 113 Samuel Wallace, and is designated as
Parcel No. 21; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been
arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay the above named owners
of Parcel No. 21 the sum of $27,650.00 as compensation for land and damages for their convey-
ance to the State of Texas of Parcel 21 as aforesaid, subject to their execution and delivery
of their executed right of way deed; and it is further ordered that on approval for filing
by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the aforesaid right of way
deed and on final title approval by the Kerr County Abstract Company, 4 vouchers totaling
$27,650.00 shall be drawn on the Loop 534 right of way fund payable as follows:
1.	Voucher	in amount	of	$13,825.00	payable to	Edwin I3. Lemmerman and Mary F. Lemmerman;	
2.	Voucher	in amount	of	$4,608.33	payable to	Mary Beth Richeson Duston;	
3.	Voucher	in amount	of	$4,608.33	payable to	George Leland Richeson, Jr.	
4.	Voucher	in amount	of	$4,608.34	payable to	Joseph Barry Richeson.

On this the 12th day of February 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved appointment of Billy Joe
Guthrie, Jr., Member of the Commissioners' Court, as Ex-Officio Member of the "Kerrville
Goals for the 80's Committee"

NO. 13611 REGULAR APPORTIONMENT TO THE FOUR ROAD AND BRIDGE PRECINCTS APPROVED
On this the 12th day of February 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the regular apportionment
from F. M. Lateral Road Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts.

NO. 13612 TRANSFER OF $45,000.00 from GENERAL FUND TO LOOP 534 RIGHT OF WAY FUND
On this the 12th day of February 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $45,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Loop 534 Right of Way Fund.

NO. 13613 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 from GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 12th day of February 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.
