SCHREINER BANK SELECTED AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY On this the 12th day of February 1979, came on to be considered by the Court, the bid of Chas. Schreiner Bank, as recommended by County Auditor, Don Williamson, offering its service as Depository for County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for the ensuing two years, and without service charge to Kerr County, Texas. It appearing to the Court that the bid of Chas. Schreiner Bank offers the most favorable terms and conditions and that said Bank is duly qualified to serve as such Depository and has complied with the conditions of notice duly published as required by law. Upon motion of Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, with Commissioners Speakmon, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioner Garrett Abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote, the bid of Chas. Schreiner Bank is ordered accepted and said Bank is hereby selected as Depository of all County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for the ~' next ensuing two years, with Bid Option Number One, as to Deposits of $100,000.00 or more, on which interest is paid at a fixed rate, as opposed to a current money market value.
