SCHREINER BANK SELECTED AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY On this the 12th day of February 1979, came on to be considered by the Court, the bid of Chas. Schreiner Bank, as recommended by County Auditor, Don j4illiamson, offering its service as Depository for County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for the ensuing two years, and without service charge to Kerr County, Texas. It appearing to the Court that the bid of Chas. Schreiner Bank offers the most favorable terms and conditions and that said Bank is duly qualified to serve as such Depository and has complied with the conditions of notice duly published as required by law. Upon motion of Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, with Commissioners Speakmon, Lich and Guthrie and County Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioner Garrett Abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote, the bid of Chas. Schreiner Bank is ordered accepted and said Bank is hereby selected as Depository of all ~ County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds, for the ~' next ensuing two years, with Bid Option Number One, as to Deposits of $100,000.00 or more, on which interest is paid at a fixed rate, as opposed to a current money market value. Said Bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds or deposit sufficient securities as required by law, in the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in the proper form prescribed by law, and submit same, together with copies of said Depository Contracts to this Court for approval at its next Regular Term. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13616 APPROVAL OF INCREASE OF REGULAR MONTHLY APPORTIONMENT TO PRECINCT ROAD & BRIDGE FUNDS FROM $15,000.00 to $18,000.00 AND CHANGING OF ALLOCATION RATIO TO THE FOUR PRECINCTS On this the 12th day of February 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the regular monthly apportionment to the Precinct Road and Bridge Funds be increased from $15,000.00 to $18,000.00, effective February 1, 1979 and that the allocation ratio to the four precincts be changed as follows: Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1 - 27.78% - $5,000.00 Road & Bridge Precinct No. 2 - 22.220 - $4,000.00 Road & Bridge Precinct No. 3 - 22.22°s - $4,000.00 Road & Bridge Precinct No. 4 - 27.78°s - $5,000.00 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13617 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1978 On this the 12th day of February 1978, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. t1. McDonald, County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, for the period beginning on the 1st day of October 1978 and ending on the 31st "~ day of December 1978, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct. And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as therein shown. It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here- by approved; the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order. Nogues, to act on behalf of F:err County and the State of Texas, in the matter of intervening and filing claims in the 198th Judicial District Court of Kerr County, pursuant to Article 7345b, Texas Civil Statutes, the said causes being delinquent tax suits, listed as follows: Docket Number 1332 Name Clay McBryde It appearing to the Court that the Kerr County Tax Collector has been heretofore served with Citation in said causes on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas and that inter- vention and filing of a claim in these causes is required to preserve the claims of Kerr County and the State of Texas arising from delinquent taxes due them and constituting a lien on the property which is subject to the said delinquent tax suits, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney be authorized and directed to proceed to file an intervention in the said causes as above set forth and otherwise proceed according to law in this matter. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED FEBRUARY 16th, 1979 at 12:40 o'clock P.
