SCH: BANK AS COUIQTY DEPOSITORY On this the 9th day of April 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of designating the official Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the Depository Pledge Contracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank covering deposits of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds, which have heretofore been approved by the Court, pursuant to Order No. 13624, entered on the 12th day of March 1979, have now been duly approved by the State Comptroller and by the Texas Education Agency and recorded in the Bond Records in the office of the County Clerk. It is therefore ordered on motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court, that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be and is hereby designated as the official Depository of Kerr County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds. HOLMES, PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEER AND LOUIS DOMINGUES, REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, FOR FLAT ROCK DAM REPAIRS On this the 9th day of April 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of individual proposals of Charles T. Holmes, Professional Civil Engineer and Louis Domingues, Registered Professional Engineer, for professional services for Flat Rock Dam Repairs, as per Written Proposals on file in the office of the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13644 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR REPAIRS AT FLAT ROCK DAM On this the 9th day of April 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for a contract proposed to be let by the County for repairs at Flat Rock Dam, as follows: NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals for repair of flood damage adjacent to the Flat Rocl: Dam on the Guadalupe River, addressed to the Hon. Julius R. Neunhoffer, County Judge of I:err County, will be received in the office of the County Clerk until 10:00 A. M., May 3rd, 1979 and then publicly, opened and read. The work to be done includes rebuilding an eroded slope, construction of a reinforced concretq retaining wall, placement of concrete riprap and regrading the downstream river channel. Ally work required by the Contract shall be completed on or before July 31, 1979, after which date' liquidated damages as set forth in the specifications will be assessed. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or satisfactory bid bond payable, without recourse, to Kerr County, Texas, in an amount not less than five percent of the greatest amount bid as guaranty that the successful bidder will execute contracts and bonds as required by the contract, and within the time allowed for such execution. Plans, Specifications and Bidding Documents may be obtained from the County Clerk of I:err County on deposit of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars, which will be refunded to bidders; non- bidders will be refunded fifteen ($15.00) dollars on return of the entire assembly, in good order within Ģive days of the bid opening.
