WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of I:err County having Consortium in the State Planning Region 18 and wishes to Consortium" under the provisions of the. (CETAA) of 1978; WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County intends of the above mentioned act as amended in a consortium of NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: aeen a membez of the Alamo Manpower remain a member of the "Alamo and, to participate in the programs local governments; THAT the County of Kerr will participate in the employment and training programs provided by the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act Amendments of 197E as a member of the prime sponsor; AND, THAT the City of San Antonio as a co-member of the Consortium made up of the twelve Counties and City of San Antonio in the State Planning Region 13, act as the administra- tive arm for the Consortium; AND, THAT the County Judge be directed on behalf of the County of Kerr to sign a multi- jurisdictional agreement reestablishing the Alamo Consortium under the Comprehensive and Employment Act Amendments of 1978 for the period of this agreement. /s/ Julius R. MUENKER Attest NO. 13650 ORDER RENAMING POST OAK LANE, A PUBLIC STREET IN GREENWOOD FOREST, SECTION THREE, SO AS TO BE I:PdOWN AS FOREST HILL LANE On this the 9th day of April, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court a request to clarify the status of the name of Forest Hill Lane, a street in Greenwood Forest, Section Three, a subdivision in Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that the street in question was originally designated as Post Oak Lane on the plat of said subdivision as is of record in Vol. 4 page 69 of the Plat Records of Kerr County, but that the name conflicts with -that of a public roadway in another subdivision within this mail delivery area of the Kerrville Post Office, and therefore the aforesaid street has been signed by the subdivision developers Forest Hill Lane so as to permit mail delivery to the residents along the said street; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court that the public street designated as Post Oak Lane on the plat of Green- wood Forest Section Three as recorded in Vol. 4, page 69 of the Plat Records of Kerr County be redesignated and renamed Forest Hill Lane; and it is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court file a certified copy of this Order for record in the Deed Records of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o IQO. 13651 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF COMMERCIAL OFFICE SUPPLY, INC., FOR OFFICE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT FOR KERR COUNTY CORRECTION-DETENTION FACILITY On this the 9th day of April 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the Bid of Commercial Office Supply,.
