and that these funds should be invested as soon as possible in Interest Bearing Certificates
of Deposits, pending possible need of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion
made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved
the above mentioned investments in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits, with the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be for the amounts and period of time as shown above. '
And it is further ordered that proper vouchers be drawn on the funds aforementioned ans in
the amounts above set forth to effect the aforesaid investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank.

N0. 13653 ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT AGREEMENT BETV7EEN THE FEDERAL AVIATIOid ADMINISTRATION AND THE
CITY OF I:ERRVILLE AND KERR COUNTY AND AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT
ON BEHALF OF I:ERR COUNTY
On this the 9th day of April 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Grant Agreement from
the United States of America (acting through the Federal Aviation Administration, herein
referred to as the "FAA") and the City of Kerrville and Kerr County, Project No. 5-48-0121-04,'
Contract No. DOT-FA-79SVT-8367.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to
execute said Agreement on behalf of Kerr County.

COUTdTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF KERR COUIQTY
On this the 9th day of April 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an Agreement for Airport Improvement
Construction, by and between the City of Ierrville and I:err County and Olmos Equipment
Company, Inc., San Antonio, Texas, and it is ordered by the Court that the County Judge,
Julius R. TQeunhoffer, be and is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Kerr
County.
