Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $25,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

On this the 9th day of April 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County, Texas, from pages 436 thru 441, Volume O.

NO. 13661 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 9th day of April 1979, came on to be considered by the Court the returns to
be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election, Divide Common School
District No. 12, held on April 7th, 1979.
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
District, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 6, Page 37, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Commis-
sioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved said returns.

iQO. 13662 APPROVAL OF TRAVEL ALLOLQANCE FOR JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT NO. 2
On this the 9th day of April 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the Justice of the Peace of Kerr
County Precinct No. 2, be granted a travel allowance in the amount of $600.00 per annum,
effective as of April 1, 1979, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.
