SPEAKMON Commissioner Precinct IQo. 2 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: IdO. 13663 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY DEPOSITORY TO MAKE SUBSTITUTION OF SECURITIES PLEDGED TO SECURE DEPOSITORY PLEDGE COI7TRACT AP7D AUTHORIZING FROST NATIONAL BANK TO RELEASE PREVIOUSLY PLEDGED SECURITIES -,. ii j i On this the 17th day of April, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the letter request of the Chas. Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to make a substitution of two certain securities as set out hereinbelow, for two securities now pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Contract entered into between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Vol. 7, page 415, Bond Record of Kerr County, Texas, on February ^` 12, 1979; And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell the two securities' now pledged, as follows: Univ. of Houston Comb. Fee Rev., $50,000.00 par value, maturing 8/1/82; and Sugarland G. O., $100,000.00 par value, maturing 3/1/90; and that the said Bank should properly be allowed to do so and to make a substitution of acceptable securities; It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas. Schreiner Bank be granted and that the said County Depository Bank be authorized to sell the securities as set out above and to substitute therefor the securities listed below: Clear Creek ISD, $100,000.00 par value, maturing 2/1/95; Farmers Branch Carrollton Flood Control District, $50,000.00 par value maturing 4/1/94; And it is further ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the custodian of the aforesaid securities be and is hereby authorized to release same to the said Chas. NEUNHOFFER County Judge EARL GARRETT Commissioner Precinct No. 1 BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR., Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 13664 ORDER ADJUSTING MONTHLY RENTAL PAYMENTS FOR PROBATION OFFICES On this the 20th day of April, 1979 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the necessity of adjusting monthly rental payments for probation offices in the Kellogg Building, which adjustments have been necessitated by administrative changes within the ~ D~ !j Probation Services and by additional personnel; and it appearing to the Court that such 'I payments should be adjusted per recommendations and agreement with the Chief Adult Probation Officer, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie '' and unanimously approved by the Court that, effective April 1, 1979 a monthly payment of '', $200.00 be made to the Kellogg Building for rental for the adult and juvenile probation officers to be allocated as follows: $150.00 per month to be paid from the 216th District Probation Fund for rental for the Adult Probation Office; $ 50.00 per month to be paid from the General Fund of Kerr County, for rental for the Juvenile Probation Office of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED APRIL 20, 1979 at 1:10 o'clock P.
