payments should be adjusted per recommendations and agreement with the Chief Adult Probation
Officer, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie
and unanimously approved by the Court that, effective April 1, 1979 a monthly payment of
{ $200.00 be made to the Kellogg Building for rental for the adult and juvenile probation
officers to be allocated as follows:
$150.00 per month to be paid from the 216th District Probation Fund for rental
for the Adult Probation Office;
$ 50.00 per month to be paid from the General Fund of Kerr County, for rental for
the Juvenile Probation Office of Kerr County.

Professional Civil Engineer and Louis Domingues, Registered Professional Engineer, for
negotiation and recommendation for modification.

NO. 13666 APPROVAL OF RE-PLAT OF OAR FOREST SOUTH
On this the 3rd day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Re-Plat of Oak Forest South, being
28.13 acres out of Original William T. Crook Survey No. 63, Abst. No. 116, subject to the
provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until
residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed to
specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two.
