PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER, FOR NEGOTIATION AND RECOMMENDATION FOR MODIFICATION
On this the 3rd day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the Bid of The Boswell Company of
Bryan, Texas, for Flat Rock Dam Repairs, be tabled and submitted to Charles T. Holmes,
Professional Civil Engineer and Louis Domingues, Registered Professional Engineer, for
negotiation and recommendation for modification.

NO. 13666 APPROVAL OF RE-PLAT OF OAK FOREST SOUTH
On this the 3rd day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by
,_ Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Re-Plat of Oak Forest South, being
28.13 acres out of Original William T. Crook Survey No. 63, Abst. No. 116, subject to the
provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until
residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed to
specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two.
