NO. 13668 REJECTION OF BID OF THE BOSWELL COMPANY FOR FLAT ROCK DAM REPAIR AND AUTHORIZING
ENGINEER CONSULTANTS TO NEGOTIATE IN ACCORDANCE tidITH SPECIFICATIOIQS ORIGIiJALLY
DRAWN
On this the 8th day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the Bid
of The Boswell Company of Bryan, Texas, for Flat Rock Dam Repairs be rejected and that Charles
T. Holmes and Louis Domingues, Engineer Consultants, be authorized to negotiate for the Flood
Damage Repair work, in accordance with specifications originally drawn.

IQO. 13669 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF GUADALUPE RANCH ESTATES SECTION FOUR
On this the 8th day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Guadalupe Ranch Estates
Section Four; provided in so doing Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road
easements dedicated for public use, and further, Kerr County does not assume responsibility
for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction.

IQO. 13670 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF 4dIIITE OAK ESTATES
On this the 8th day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of White Oak Estates, subject
to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County
until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed
to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four.

NO. 13671 TRFIIQSFER OF $45,000.00 FROM GEIQERAL FUND TO LOOP 534 RIGHT OF JAY FUIQD
On this the 8th day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $45,000.00 from the General Fund to the Loop
534 Right-of-Way Fund.
