that there was begun and holden on the 14th day
of riay 1979, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13672 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS ARID ACCOUNTS
On this the 14th day of May 1979, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since
the last -term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General,
Officers Salary, County Law Library, Permanent improvement, Kerr County Public Library, Jury,
216th District Probation and Flood Damage Repair Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed, from page 27 thru 32 which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13673 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF I:ERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 14th day of May 1979, came on to be examined by the Court, the various
reports of April of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore, upon
motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously
approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for x'uture
reference and subject to audit.

NO. 13674 ORDER FIXING ASSESSMENT RATIO TO BE EMPLOYED FOR THE VALUATION OF PROPERTY ON THE
1979 TAX ROLL OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 14th day of May, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of fixing the assessment ratio to be employed for the valuation of property on the
1979 tax roll of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that by virtue or Order No. 13429
entered on the 11th day of September, 1978, the Court did order that - - - - - - -
all properties rendered for taxes to the Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County should be
rendered at full market value and that the ratio of valuation to be employed for the 1979
tax roll would be subsequently determined, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich,
seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court that all properties
shall be placed on the 1979 tax roll of Kerr County at fifty five per cent of their full
