NO. 13682 APPORTIONMENT OF $18,000.00 FROM GEIQERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 14th day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to apportion the sum of $18,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge
Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road	and	Bridge	Precinct	No.	1 ----	--- $5,000.00
Road	and	Bridge	Precinct	No.	2 ----	--- $4,000.00
Road	and	Bridge	Precinct	No.	3 ----	--- $4,000.00
Road	and	Bridge	Precinct	No.	4 ----	--- $5,000.00

N0. 13683 TRANSFER OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 14th day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be authorized to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers Salary
' Fund.

IQO. 13684 TRANSFER OF $20,000.00 FROM LOOP 534 RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND TO GENERAL FUND
On this the 14th day of May 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be authorized to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from Loop 534 Right-of-Tday Fund to the
General Fund.

On this the 14th day of Nlay 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded

on the Delinquent Tax Roll, Page 425, Line 2, for the year 1976, by Doris Lee Smith, Tax
Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas,

NO. 13687 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASSR~R9SoR~PHR~ ~OK ~UARTER ENDING MARCH 31, 1979
On this the 14th day of May 1979, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on
for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy Smith, County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas,
for the perio3 beginning JANUARY 1, 1979 and ending on the 31st day of MARCH, 1979, and the
same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here-
by approved; the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.
