Helm et al It appearing to the Court that the Kerr County Tax Collector has been heretofore served ~ ~;, with Citation in said causes on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas and that inter- vention and filing of a claim in these causes is required to preserve the claims of Kerr County and the State of Texas arising from delinquent taxes due them and constituting a lien on the property which is subject to the said delinquent suits, - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney be authorized and directed to proceed to file an inter - vention in the said causes as above set forth and otherwise proceed according to law in this matter. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 13694 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEED AS TO THE UNUSED PORTION OF FORMER ROAD RIGHT OF WAY IN THE TOWN OF INGRAM On this the 23rd day of May, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the request of Paul Roberts and wife, Leliah Roberts, for a quitclaim deed from Kerr County as to a 0.05 acre portion of former road right of way in the Old Town of Ingram, lying between their south property line of record and the heretofore established north right of way line of the Ingram Loop Road formerly designated as State Highway 39; and it appearing to the Court that the said 0.05 acre tract has not been used as road right of way for an unknown period of time and has in fact been partially obstructed by one or more buildings for a long period of time, and in fact could not be used and is not needed for public road purposes; It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and ~~,: unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge of Kerr County be authorized to execute `~' '~' Kerr County's quitclaim deed as to 0.05 acres of land out of Survey 129, F.
