and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13695 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF JAMES LACKEY PIPE AND SUPPLY FOR PIPE FOR KERB COUNTY
PRECINCT NO. 4
On this the 7th day of June 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the claim of James Lackey and Supply,
in the amount of $420.00 for 700 ft. of 2 3/8" pipe @ .60 per ft., and that the Auditor and
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher,;payable out of Road and Bridge No. 4 Fund to James
Lackey Pipe and Supply.
