Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Jail

IRMA GUERRERO, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK AND DONNA WITT, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK, EFFECTIVE
JUNE 1, 1979
On this the 11th day of June 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the request of Emmie M. Muenker,
County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, for merit increases for Irma Guerrero, Deputy County Clerk,
from $6,960.00 per annum to $7,560.00 per annum and Donna Witt, Deputy County Clerk, from
$8,070.00 per annum to $8,310.00 per annum, said increases in salary to be effective as of
June 1, 1979.

Tax Assessor/Collector, from $6,600.00 per annum to $7,200.00 per annum, effective June 1,

On this the 11th day of June 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, with Commissioners Garrett and Speakmon and County Judge Neunhoffer
voting "AYE" and Commissioners Lich and Guthrie voting "NO", said motion carrying by a
majority vote, that a travel allowance be approved for Mary Brooks, District Clerk of Kerr
County, Texas, in the amount of $600.00 per annum, effective June 1, 1979, payable out of
Officers Salary Fund.

On this the 13th day of June 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of two 1979 LTD Four Door
Sedans, as per specifications, for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, with trade-in
of two 1976 Chevrolets, in the amount of $6,698.00 each.
It is ordered that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General
Fund, payable to Ken Stoepel Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, in the amount of $6,698.00 for each unit,
as per bid price.

of Kerrville and Luce Construction Company, out of the Flood Damage Repair Fund.
