NO. 13727 QUARTERLY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND AND FINES OF COUNTY CLERK APPROVED
On this the 9th day of July 1979, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1979, and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $14,311.39.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $5453.00.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13728 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 9th day of July 1979, came on to be considered by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her
hands for the period from January 1, 1979 and ending June 30th, 1979 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $14,311.39.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13729 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1979
On this the 9th day of July 1979, came on to be considered by the Court the appointment
of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen precincts
of Kerr County and the Absentee Box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 78 thru 84 ,
Volume 2, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13730 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR PROPOSED USE OF GENERAL REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT
FUNDS TO BE APPROPRIATED IN 1980 KERB COUNTY BUDGET
On this the 9th day of July 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved authorization of Notice of Public Hearing
for Proposed Use of General Revenue Sharing Entitlement Funds to be received by Kerr County,
said hearing to be held in the Kerr County Commissioners' Courtroom in the Kerr County Court-
house on August 10th, 1979 at 9:00 o'clock A. M.
Said notice to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, one time.

NO. 13731 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED GRANT APPLICATION TO THE FAA FOR AIRPORT RUNWAY EXTENSION
& IMPROVEMENTS
On this the 9th day of July 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Proposed Grant Application to the
FAA for Airport Runway Extension & Improvements, in the total estimated cost of $2,357,241.00,
subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, be authorized to
execute the Grant Application on behalf of Kerr County.
