~-, ~ /'~ ~~ NO. 13737 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SPRING HOLLOW ESTATES i ii On this the 9th day of July 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Spring Hollow Estates, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed to specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13738 ORDER DIRECTING COUNTY ATTORNEY TO FILE SUIT FOR DELINQUENT 1978 AD VALOREM TAXES OWED BY 40 LOVACA GATHERING COMPANY On this the 9th day of July 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of directing the County Attorney of Kerr County to file suit for the collection of delinquent ad valorem taxes for the year 1978 assessed on the Kerr County Tax Roll against ', 40 LoVaca Gathering Company, which taxes remain wholly unpaid despite proper notice as required by law; and it appearing to the Court efforts to collect the said taxes for the year 1978 have been unsuccessful, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney of Kerr County be directed to file suit in the District Court of Kerr County to collect all ~ delinquent ad valorem taxes assessed against 40 LoVaca Gathering Company on the 1978 Kerr County Tax Roll, together with accrued penalties and interest; and that such suit shall ~ include all 1978 ad valorem taxes owing the State of Texas, Kerr County, Divide Common School District No. 12, and the Upper Guadalupe River Authority as per the aforesaid 1978 Tax Roll. E. SAMPLE FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534 - __;'_ On this the 9th day of July, 1979 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid E. E. Sample for his conveyance to the State of Texas of 4 parcels of land required for the construction of Loop 534, which lands comprise 4 separate tracts out of Survey 112, Samuel Wallace, and designated as Parcels 13, 14, 15 and 16 of said right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay E. E. Sample the following amounts of compensation for land and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of the aforesaid 4 parcels of right of way subject to execution and delivery of his 4 right of way deeds: ~~i 1.
