On this the 9th day of July, 1979 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid E. E. Sample for his conveyance to the State of Texas of 4
parcels of land required for the construction of Loop 534, which lands comprise 4 separate
tracts out of Survey 112, Samuel Wallace, and designated as Parcels 13, 14, 15 and 16 of said
right of way; and it appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been
arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Garrett,
and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay E. E. Sample the following
amounts of compensation for land and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of the
aforesaid 4 parcels of right of way subject to execution and delivery of his 4 right of way
deeds:
~l 1. Parcel No. 13 comprising 0.776 acres $4,056.00
2. Parcel No. 14 comprising 0.082 acres 429.00

Cost of moving barn from severed remainder 350.00
Cost of fencing right of way lines 2,854.20
Total $22,450.20
It is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and
Public Transportation of the aforesaid 4 right of way deeds and on final title approval, a
voucher shall be drawn in the amount of $22,450.20 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund, payable
to E. E. Sample.

N0. 13744 OFFER TO GABRIEL RAMIREZ AND WIFE,LOUISA RAMIREZ, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOOP 534
On this the 9th day of July, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of compensation to be paid Gabriel Ramirez and wife,Lauisa Ramirez, as compensation for
their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land required for right of way for the
construction of Loop 534, which land comprises .005 acres of land out of Lot 40, Block 3100,
~l Legion Heights Subdivision, and is designated as Parcel No. 18 of said right of way; and it

appearing to the Court that an agreed amount of compensation has been arrived at, it is order-
ed on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved
by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Gabriel Ramirez and wife,LOUisa Ramirez, the sum of
$200.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State oŁ Texas of
Parcel 18 as aforesaid, subject to the execution and delivery of their right of way deed; and
it is further ordered that on approval for filing by the State Department of Highways and
Public Transportation of the aforesaid right of way deed, and on final title approval a voucher
shall be drawn in the amount of $200.00 on the Loop 534 Right of Way Fund, payable to Gabriel
Ramirez and Louisa Ramirez.

NO. 13745 APPROVAL OF MERIT INCREASE FOR NINA JORDAN, SECRETARY TO THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE,
PRECINCT NO. ONE, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1979
On this the 9th day of July 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved, that the Secretary to the Justice of the
Peace of Precinct No. One, Nina Jordan, be granted a merit increase, from $6960.00 per annum
