NO. 13754 TRANSFER OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 20th day of July 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officer
Salary Fund.

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13755 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY DEPOSITORY TO MAKE SUBSTITUTION OF SECURITIES PLEDGED TO
TO SECURE DEPOSITORY PLEDGE CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING FROST NATIONAL BANK TO RELEASE
PREVIOUS PLEDGED SECURITIES

On this the 24 day of July, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
letter request of Chas. Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to make a
substitution of securities pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Contract entered
into between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, page 415 of the
Bond Record of Kerr County, Texas, on 3/19/79,
And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell certain securities
and that the said Bank should properly be allowed to make a substitution of acceptable securi-
ties;
~, It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and
~ly,~ unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas. Schreiner Bank
be granted and that the said County Depository Bank be authorized to sell the previously
pledged securities, as follows:
Austin, Tx Electric Light $100,000 par value, 6.60, matures 4/1/93
and to substitute therefor the following:
Cypress-Klein Utility District, $100,000. par value, 6.408, matures 5/1/99
It is further ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the custodian
of the aforesaid previously pledged securities, be and is hereby authorized to release same
to the said Chas. Schreiner Bank upon receipt of the substitute securities described above,
and to hold the same as custodian pursuant to the usual and customary terms applicable to the
existing depository pledge contract, and it is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court
provide certified copies of this Order to each Bank concerned.
