NO. 13756 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PAUL FIELDS, SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR
APPOINTD1EPdT OF GARY R. CHAPMAN AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 1st day of August 1979, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-
tion of Paul Fields, Sheriff of Kerr
Gary R. Chapman as Deputy Sheriff of
said application should be approved,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, it
be authorized to deputize Gary Chapm,
of $9900.00 per annum, effective the
1979, payable out of Officers Salary
County, Texas, for authority to appoint and deputize
Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing to the Court that
therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon,
was unanimously approved by the Court that said officer
sn as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary
date of his qualification, the same being August 1,

NO. 13757 APPROVAL OF RE-PLAT OF PART OF CHERRY SPRINGS RANCH
On this the 1st day of August 1979, upon motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Re-Plat of Part of Cherry Springs
Ranch, in which there are no roads dedicated for use by the public.

NO. 13758 ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN GREENWOOD FOREST SECTION THREE, WITH EXCEPTION OF
OAKVIEW DRIVE
On this the 1st day of August 1979, upaimotion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of roadways in Greenwood
Forest Section Three, with the exception of Oakview Drive, which will not be accepted for
maintenance by Kerr County, until said road is constructed according to specifications of
the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four.

NO. 13759 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF TRACTS 28-4, 28-5, 28-6, and 31-8 OF THE REPEAT OF TRACTS
31-A thru 31-H, and 28-A thru 28-P OF HIGHFOREST ESTATES
On this the 10th day of August 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Speakmon, the Court unanimously approved the Replat of Tracts 28-4, 28-5,

28-6 and 31-8 of the Replat of Tracts 31-A thru 31-H, and 28-A thru 28-F of Highforest
Estates, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.
