~~i6 NO. 13766 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF AIME FRANK REAL FOR USE OF AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING ON SEPTEMBER 8th, 1979 On this the 13th day of August 1979, upon motion made by Commissioner Speakmon, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that Aime Frank Real be granted use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building on September 8th, 1979 for a fall Club Lamb Sale, at a charge of $100.00 per day, plus clean-up, and if clean-up is not satisfactorily performed by user, an additional $150.00 is to be charged. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13767 ORDER ACCEPTING DEED TO A PORTION OF HOLLOMON COUNTY ROAD IN PRECINCT NO. 4 On this the 13th day of August, 1979, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of accepting a ratification and confirmation deed to a portion of the Hollomon County Road lying within the boundaries of Survey No. 565 in Precinct No. 4 of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that the said ratification and confirmation deed has been tendered to Kerr County by Elmer Stieler and wife, Irene Stieler, who are the holders of record title of that portion oŁ Survey 565 on which the Hollomon County Road is presently situated and on which it has been maintained as a portion of the public road system of Kerr County for more than 50 years; and it further appearing to the Court that it would be in the best interests of Kerr County and the public to accept the tendered deed, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commissioner Speakmon, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County accept the aforesaid ratification and confirmation deed dated July 27, 1979 and as tendered to the Court by Elmer Stieler and wife, Irene Stieler; and it is further ordered that the said deed be recorded by Kerr County in the Deed Records of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13768 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 13th day of August 1979, came on to be examined by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts, since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 1, Lateral -- Road 2, Lateral Road 3 and Lateral Road 4, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Permanent Improvement, Jury, Public Library, flood Damage Repair and Jail Operating Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, from page 46 thru 51 which were made a part hereof and of this order. Whitton Associates, for miscellaneous additional work at the Kerr County Courthouse, listed as follows: Sidewalk replacement around the perimeter of property. Construction of water stop in parking lot. Furring around pipes on 1st and 2nd floor of original building.
